  7. Intelligent Code Editor, (ICE), is a full screen.  two window, multiple file
  8. text editor.  It supports pull-down menus, color, cut and paste, integrated
  9. compile, and more.  It can load many files at once; files can be of any size
  10. up to system limit; line length is limited to 255 characters.  ICE provides a
  11. great alternative to ``vi'', with pull-down menus, modeless editing, and
  12. online help.  ICE can call any compiler and pull the error listing into the
  13. bottomless window.  ICE also has many features to support COBOL programming,
  14. including support for page-line numbers, ID column, literal continuation,
  15. comment lines, IF-ELSE matching, etc.
